Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform quality control for all incoming and outgoing watch inventory (training provided)
- Assist watchmakers with the evaluation and assessment of luxury timepieces
- Coordinate with service providers for watch maintenance and repairs
- Maintain professional conduct, appearance, and performance standards
- Complete general data entry and clerical tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize CRM systems to manage inventory and customer interactions
- Assist customers with sales inquiries, service requests, and general support
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in a luxury or retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
