POSITION SUMMARY: Assisting grounds' staff
Hiring for 2025/2026 school year
*Bob Jones University or Bob Jones Academy students only*
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Landscaping
- Hardscape
- Tree work (on the ground)
- Irrigation
- Street and sidewalk cleaning
- Trash clean up
- General campus clean up
- Cleaning and dusting reachable exterior building windows and doors
- Cleaning and waxing exterior fixtures
- Storm clean up (we are responsible to clear and open paths after a storm. Could mean working through the night)
- Must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- Willingness to labor
- Minimum of 2 hour work block per scheduled work day
- Not a job for someone with severe allergies
- Must have a valid current USA driver's license
