We are currently seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lexus Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process based on their needs and preferences

• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits

• Provide information on financing and leasing options

• Maintain strong knowledge of current Lexus models and inventory

• Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure an outstanding ownership experience

• Follow up with prospects and previous customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business

• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanor

• High level of integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary : $60,000 - $220,000
