Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Used Vehicle Sales Consultant who is ready to take on more responsibility than the average salesperson. This role requires someone who is driven, organized, and ready to provide outstanding customer service — not just before the sale, but long after the deal is done.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers through the used vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and integrity

Learn and use CRM and dealership software systems (training provided)

Be available to answer customer questions and assist with needs after the sale

Work Saturdays and be available on weekdays as needed until 7:00 PM or later depending on customer needs

Be open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement

Help with other dealership tasks and team responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Prior automotive sales experience NOT REQUIRED – we are more than willing to train the right person

Comfortable using a computer and learning dealership software and CRM tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic and a willingness to exceed expectations

Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to customer needs

Highly coachable and eager to learn new skills and strategies

A team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities and results

Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision
Valid New York State driver’s license

Salary : $45,000 - $120,000
