We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Manager to join our team and help elevate our Finance & Insurance operations.
Position Summary:
The Business Manager plays a key role in the dealership’s success by managing the finance and insurance process, ensuring compliance, maximizing profitability, and delivering a premium customer experience. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal and sales skills, and understands the importance of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present finance and insurance products clearly and confidently to customers.
• Secure and process financing through dealership-approved lenders.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation and deal structure.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the vehicle delivery process.
• Train and support sales associates on F&I product offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals in product penetration and PVR (Per Vehicle Retailed).
• Handle customer concerns related to financing in a professional, solution-oriented manner.

Salary : $110,000 - $220,000
