Automotive Parts Counterperson Needed!

Responsibilities:
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Promptly greet customers and technicians and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify, source, and recommend the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts availability for repairs
- Follow up on special orders and communicate status updates to customers and internal departments
- Process returns, warranties, and core returns according to manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department
- Meet dealership and manufacturer performance standards
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- GM / Chevrolet experience preferred
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and accessories
- Experience with dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment
