Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation and configuration of the SailPoint Lifecycle Manager (LCM) product within the IAMO Transformation program.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to implement application access requests and workflows within IAM.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint-based solutions, with a focus on IdentityNow and IdentityIQ platforms.
- Configure both simple and complex LCM workflows in SailPoint.
- Manage and configure SailPoint direct connectors including Active Directory, LDAP, Mainframe, and others.
- Develop and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules (preventative and detective).
- Create and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and support automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Support access provisioning, remediation of audit findings, and compliance with certification and revocation requirements.
- Mentor and train team members in the usage and administration of the SailPoint platform.
- Support joiner-mover-leaver identity lifecycle flows.
- Maintain detailed process workflows, system documentation, and diagrams.
- Collaborate with internal teams including InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, and IT Engineering to ensure alignment with policies and secure integration of IAM solutions.
- Manage and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes related to the SailPoint platform.
- Develop and maintain control adoption templates, custom tasks, custom connectors, UI pages, and custom reports within SailPoint.
- Ensure compliance with internal Security Policies, Standards, and Audit/Compliance Requirements.
- Continuously review and optimize the SailPoint IGA solution to ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency.
- 3–7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SailPoint application onboarding, access certification, and approval workflows.
- Creating and managing workgroups, connector configurations, and workflow logic.
- Designing and implementing custom SailPoint rules, workflows, and reports.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to convey technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in incident and problem management, preferably within a structured ITIL environment.
- Strong familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence.
