Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide SailPoint IIQ support for all IAM design, implementation, and maintenance activities, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
- Customize SailPoint IIQ workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Conduct business analysis to implement and optimize application access requests and workflows across IAM.
- Support client access provisioning, audit remediation, and Access Hub form creation or modification.
- Ensure revocations, certifications, and access reviews are completed in alignment with corporate policy and service level objectives.
- Partner with project teams to meet internal deadlines and deliver IAM process improvements that enhance automation and reduce risk.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 5-10 years of IAM experience with focus on SailPoint IIQ
- Experience in Cyber Security, Project Management, and Business Analysis
- Hands-on experience supporting IAM functions such as provisioning, certification, and SOD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
