We’re seeking a Real Estate Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This role is located in New York, Ny and will require you to work in office 4 days per week.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- With direct guidance, help ensure compliance with GS&GRE policies and leasing processes.
- Contribute to the efficient performance of the facilities group.
- Support the execution and delivery of real estate needs and assist with lease administration and facilities management duties.
- Assist with landlord issues, records, lease and internal audits, and other duties related to the administration and operation of facilities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, or business administration is preferred.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
- Commercial real estate experience or building management experience preferred.
- Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
- No direct reports.
