About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to help bring BNTO’s brand to life across
social, digital, and marketing channels. The right candidate comes with experience in crafting compelling content for brands across social media, and is a fast worker.
This is a full-time role. For candidates selected for the interview process, a portfolio review may be required.
Roles & Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Design social media graphics and templates
- Create assets for campaigns, partnerships, and launches
- Design email and marketing visuals
- Maintain brand consistency
Video Editing (Social-First)
- Edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
- Create trend-driven edits
- Add motion graphics and text overlays
- Optimize content for platform formats
Events & Campaign Support
- Create graphics for events and activations
- Edit recap videos from events
- Support launch and partnership creative
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with social and brand teams
- Contribute to campaign concepts
- Support paid social creative
Experience & Skills
- 2-5 years experience in graphic design and short form video editing.
- Strong social-first design skills.
- Exceptional communication skills – can work effectively and collaboratively with peers, and operates without ego.
- You believe that feedback is a gift; you can receive and grow from feedback.
- Nimble, scrappy and adaptable with a high sense of urgency. Can roll with the punches and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, including pitching in to support other persons and teams
- Will consistently cultivate a culture of positivity inclusion where all team members feel a sense of belonging and can bring their authentic selves to work
- Can successfully work independently without receiving constant direct supervision
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office including Excel
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range of $80,000 to $105,000, depending on relevant factors such as experience, skill sets and the final job level. The higher end of this range is reserved for candidates with higher experience and qualifications.
