About the Role
BMS is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services in an on-site clinical setting. The Physical Therapist will assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitation therapy to improve movement and manage pain
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and patient education
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State (or eligibility to obtain)
- Degree in Physical Therapy or related healthcare field
- Active BLS certificate
- Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in home care or specialized therapy areas is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized salary ranging from $110,000 - $115,000
- 100% employer-paid 1199 benefits
- Up to 20 vacation days, 12 sick days, 4 personal days, and birthday holiday
