We are hiring a Commercial Account Manager to build relationships and drive growth across key commercial markets.
The Role
You will own your territory and become the go-to partner clients rely on when disaster strikes.
You’ll build relationships with key decision makers across both public and private sectors, including:
- Property Management and Ownership Groups
- Healthcare, Education, and Government
- Hospitality, Retail, and Corporate Real Estate
- Multifamily and Senior Living
This is a field focused, high-energy role where success comes from consistent prospecting, relationship building, and strong market presence.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt for new business and grow strategic accounts through cold outreach and networking
- Build long-term client relationships and expand market share
- Represent BMS CAT at meetings, walkthroughs, and industry events
- Partner with operations to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with a relationship first mindset
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in business development or account management preferred
- Restoration, construction, or commercial services experience is a plus
Compensation
- Base salary plus uncapped incentives ($70K–$170K total potential)
- A vehicle allowance, fuel card, and toll tag
