Essential Functions
- Perform high quality water mitigation services
- Water extraction
- Perform demolition tasks
- Clean up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
- Place and monitor drying equipment
- Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
- Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures
- Establish containment, decontaminate, set up and monitor remediation equipment
- Perform job cleanup and breakdown
- Effectively lead a work crew, coach, and train technicians
- IICRC certification
- Experience in water mitigation
- Always prioritize workplace and job site safety
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Take part of our on-call rotation work schedule
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a DOT med card for operating box trucks
- Technology proficiency such as use of email, software, and apps to document jobs with photos
