Lead Restoration Technician – Mitigation
$26–$28/hour | Full-Time | Pittsburgh, PA
Experienced in restoration and ready for your next step?
PuroClean is looking for an experienced, hands-on restoration professional who can run and produce mitigation jobs independently. You'll work on water, fire, contents, mold, and biohazard projects while taking care of customers from the initial response through completion.
This is not a desk supervisor position. You'll be in the field doing the work and running the job. As our Pittsburgh operation grows, you'll have the opportunity to help build the team and grow into a larger leadership role.
What You'll Do
- Run mitigation projects independently from initial response through completion.
- Perform hands-on mitigation work, including extraction, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup and monitoring.
- Explain the process and scope to customers, earn their trust, answer questions, and obtain signed work authorizations.
- Complete photos, moisture readings, notes, daily reports, and required documentation on site before leaving the job.
- Help train and lead technicians as the team grows.
- Participate in emergency/on-call response.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional water mitigation/restoration experience.
- Experience running or taking the lead on mitigation jobs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company automobile insurance requirements.
- IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week
