Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative based in Denver, CO, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The role involves driving lead generation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include contacting potential clients, following up on leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to proactively identify and engage with potential clients.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in the construction or concrete industry is a plus, though not required.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales-related software to track opportunities and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
