Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with boats, yachting, and the marine industry
- Proven ability in brokerage services, including managing yacht charters and negotiations
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with market analysis and an understanding of current yachting trends
- Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with flexibility to accommodate client and market needs
- Experience in luxury travel or high-end client service is an advantage
