We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide private, in-home care for an elderly individual. The CNA will assist with daily living activities, ensure comfort and safety, and provide companionship during daytime (1st shift) hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide supervision and companionship
- Help with mobility and transfers as needed
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor overall health, observe changes in condition, and report concerns
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
- Maintain accurate records of care provided as requested
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification
- Current CPR & First Aid certification (required)
- Prior experience in elderly care preferred
- Dependable, professional, and trustworthy
- Ability to provide references
Work Schedule:
- Part-time, daytime (1st shift)
- Flexible hours based on client needs
Compensation:$13-$15
- Hourly pay based on experience
