- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with ambulation and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
-Must be able to use hoyer lift. This is a bedbound client
```Requirements:```
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program
- Knowledge of assisted living and primary care practices
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Experience with dementia care is a plus
