Schedule: Monday–Friday - 8 am to 5pm - full-time schedule

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, financial recordkeeping, and general ledger maintenance.
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic accounting reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with our administrative and leadership teams to support practice operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Demonstrated basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
• Drive: Self-motivated and aligned with our core values: Caring, Creative, Credible, and Committed.
• Screening: Successful completion of a background check and drug screen (this is a sensitive position).
