What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)
- Instrument Sterilization & Infection Control: Clean, sterilize, and package orthodontic instruments and handpieces according to CDC, OSHA, and ADA standards.
- Operatory Turnover & Setup: Prepare, sanitize, and reset clinical treatment areas efficiently between patient appointments.
- Clinical & Inventory Support: Restock treatment bays, manage clinical supplies, and assist orthodontic assistants and doctors during busy patient flows.
- Multi-Site Clinic Operations: Travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City practice locations as scheduled.
- Experience: Prior dental or customer service experience is preferred, but zero prior experience is required—we will train the right candidate!
- Mandatory Travel: Reliable personal transportation and strict willingness to travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City clinics.
- Core Qualities: High energy, dependability, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a team-first mindset.
- Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly adhere to CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety standards.
