The Opportunity
We are seeking a Director, Client Solutions to play a key role in driving client growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and elevating our market presence. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading consultative sales efforts while partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-impact talent solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and expand relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders
- Drive new business development through targeted prospecting, executive-level engagement, and consultative sales
- Develop and execute account growth strategies across multiple verticals and client stakeholders
- Partner closely with recruiting and delivery leadership to ensure best-in-class service and successful project outcomes
- Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to influence go-to-market strategy and service offerings
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed, contributing to a high-performance sales culture
- Represent BlueSky in the marketplace through networking, industry events, and thought leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in professional IT staffing, consulting, or workforce solutions, with a strong track record of revenue generation
- Proven ability to build, grow, and manage strategic client relationships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to position solutions at an executive level
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of autonomy and team collaboration
- High level of professionalism, urgency, and competitive drive
