Role Overview

You will execute menu items at the highest level while maintaining an organized, efficient, and impeccably clean workstation. You will work in a refined, fast‑paced environment that demands focus, consistency, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the preparation and cooking of menu items with precision, discipline, and strict adherence to chef standards
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and mise en place at all times
• Follow advanced food‑safety protocols, storage systems, and sanitation practices
• Operate professional kitchen equipment and tools safely and skillfully
• Assist with menu development, prep production, and seasonal updates
• Participate in elevated dining experiences, private events, and specialty culinary programming
• Work seamlessly with the culinary team to ensure refined, timely, and consistent service

Qualifications

• Proven professional experienced in culinary arts in high‑quality, upscale, or fine‑dining environments
• Demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous culinary roles
• Strong command of cooking techniques, knife skills, and station execution
• Deep respect for cleanliness, organization, and meticulous mise en place
• Ability to perform with focus, efficiency, and composure during high‑pressure service
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality
