What You'll Do

As a Fine Dining Server at Bas Rouge, you will be entrusted with guiding guests through an exceptional culinary journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalized service with warmth, sophistication, and attention to detail
• Develop a deep understanding of our cuisine, ingredients, culinary techniques, and wine program
• Confidently guide guests through tasting menus, wine selections, and curated dining experiences
• Anticipate needs before they are expressed and create moments that exceed expectations
• Execute refined service standards with professionalism and precision
• Maintain a polished, elegant dining room environment throughout service
• Collaborate closely with chefs, sommeliers, and fellow service professionals to ensure flawless execution
• Uphold the highest standards of appearance, hospitality, and professionalism

What We're Looking ForQualifications

• Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, Michelin-recognized restaurants, or similar high-end environments
• Genuine passion for exceptional food, wine, and culinary craftsmanship
• Strong understanding of service etiquette and guest engagement
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed, focused, and detail-oriented during demanding service periods
• A polished presence and a natural ability to connect with discerning guests
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
