Position Summary
We are seeking seasoned, professional servers who thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for exceptional service, strong food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to create memorable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
- Guide guests through menu selections, including food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Collaborate with team members and management to uphold Bluepoint Hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in upscale or high-volume dining.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and craft cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
