Bringing a burst of freshness to mid-day meals in downtown Easton, Sunflowers & Greens is a contemporary style food bazaar with an abundant selection of soups, salads, and daily features that make the most of the given season, and the distinct agricultural bounty of the Chesapeake region. Guests can grab a quick lunch on-the-go or savor their salad with a glass of fine wine in the bright and cheery café setting.
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to fill the role of Server.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and server stations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
Must be available to work days, weekends, and holidays.
