Shift Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $24.00/hour (increase to $24.50 after 90 days)

Position Summary
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading a team of forklift operators. This role combines hands-on operational work with leadership responsibilities to ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of forklift operators
- Operate a forklift to move and stack materials as needed
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Conduct equipment inspections and monitor maintenance schedules
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members
- Assist with general warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Track inventory and ensure accurate reporting of tasks and shipments
- Verify trailers and equipment are safe prior to loading
- Complete shipping documentation and system updates accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience
- Valid driver’s license and forklift certification
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
