Starting pay range: $25-27 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse team members
- Safely and effectively operate sit-sown forklifts
- Ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards
- Manage attendance, performance, and shift reports
- Support LEAN/5S and continuous improvement
- Communicate with customers and leadership
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience
- Minimum 3 years of sit-down forklift operating experience
- Forklift certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with inventory management systems (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Must be able to work OT when needed
