Starting pay: $15.75 per hour, $0.25 raise after 90 days

Requirements
What You’ll Do (Forklift Operator / Material Handler)
- Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely
- Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory
- Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet or seated for extended shifts
- Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
