Role: Outside sales professional responsible for promoting products and building customer relationships within assigned territory.
Responsibilities: Develop new business, maintain existing accounts, analyze market trends, provide product training, manage deliveries, and support customer success. Engage in customer visits, attend meetings, participate in promotions, and perform administrative tasks like sales reporting and quotes. Ensure timely collection of payments and troubleshoot order issues.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, hospitality, or culinary fields; restaurant management or chef experience preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license, basic PC skills, and excellent communication abilities. Competencies include building trust, customer loyalty, persuasive sales, adaptability, and effective follow-up.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 50%, sign employment agreements, and pass employment testing. Bilingual skills and industry-related certifications are a plus.
