- Contribute to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and quality improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
- Participate in incident investigation, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations, Joint Commission standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
- One to three years of clinical or risk management experience; acute care experience preferred.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital software systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
