Role Overview: The Senior Engineer, Instrumentation & Controls, leads the planning, design, construction, and operation of semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure across a global network.
Key Responsibilities: Manage large-scale projects, including greenfield fabs, ensuring engineering innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, maintain facility system reliability, and support advanced memory and storage production. Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles, implement standards, and benchmark best practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s in Instrumentation, Controls, or Electrical Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant experience in facility I&C/ELV design for high-tech industries. Strong project management, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential. Experience with digitalization, IoT, and developing AI workflows is a plus.
