The Courier/Service Representative is responsible for
- picking up, transporting, and delivering medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports
- operating a company vehicle safely and efficiently
- managing daily pickup schedules and route adjustments using handheld electronic devices
- coordinating with dispatchers and assessing routes based on traffic and weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous courier or driver experience is preferred
- Strong punctuality and time management skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
