Job Title: General Utility Worker

Role Overview: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and work environments to ensure safety and guest satisfaction. Performs light maintenance and custodial tasks, ensuring equipment is clean and operational, and reports issues to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and utensils
• Maintain dishwashing stations, sinks, and related areas
• Ensure equipment is functional and report issues
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation policies
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Ensure security of company assets
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including handling hazardous chemicals
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
