Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to support testing activities for enhancements and development within a Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) environment. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts, develop comprehensive test scenarios, and collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure system quality and compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for system enhancements and updates.
- Coordinate testing activities with project teams, business stakeholders, and IT staff.
- Execute testing across multiple systems and track results, defects, and remediation efforts.
- Analyze system changes and understand impacts across related systems and programs.
- Participate in research, planning, and implementation of projects related to regulatory or policy updates.
- Facilitate and lead testing meetings and project-related discussions.
- Document testing activities and prepare reports on findings and system performance.
- Maintain strong knowledge of business processes and their interactions across systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
- Strong experience in software testing, test case creation, and defect tracking.
- Experience coordinating system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

- Experience working on healthcare or government IT projects.
- Experience facilitating testing workshops and project meetings.
