We’re partnering with a high-growth AI healthcare company that is expanding into the US, with Boston set to become their second global hub alongside London.


This is not just another Account Executive role. This is a true “build and scale” opportunity, joining a business that has already proven its ability to execute. They successfully grew from $0 to $2M ARR within their first 18 months and have now raised a $12M Series A to accelerate that growth significantly.


The focus now is clear: scale the US business rapidly and build a repeatable, high-performing revenue engine off the back of strong global traction.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close

• Drive high-volume deal flow across hospital departments

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of transactional but consultative opportunities

• Engage directly with clinicians and operational stakeholders

• Expand within accounts by driving adoption across multiple departments

• Contribute to defining pricing, positioning and US go-to-market strategy


Who this is for

• Proven SaaS Account Executive with a track record of closing at volume

• Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment with multiple deals in parallel

• Strong in discovery, objection handling and closing

• Thrives in autonomy and enjoys building from zero to one

• Background in SMB or mid-market sales with shorter cycles (around 3 months)


Bonus points

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

• Exposure to workflow, productivity or knowledge platforms

• Interest in AI and its real-world application


Compensation

Base salary between $100K–$120K strong upside
