2nd Shift Production Team Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Lead to oversee our 2nd shift production line. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations, supporting our team members, and ensuring quality output throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support production line team members during 2nd shift operations

Monitor and maintain efficient workflow to meet production targets and deadlines

Operate and troubleshoot our conveyor belt system to minimize downtime

Track production metrics and maintain accurate records

Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to facilitate material movement

Apply sound judgment in day-to-day decision-making and problem-solving

Address and resolve team conflicts professionally and effectively

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Physical capability to perform tasks without lifting or pulling restrictions

Strong technological aptitude and comfort with production software/systems

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent conflict resolution and communication abilities

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments

Familiarity with conveyor belt systems

Pallet jack experience (training available for the right candidate)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:15 PM - 11:30 PM (includes paid 30-minute break)

Compensation: $20-$22/hour Leadership and conflict resolution experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
