Job Summary
Blue Sea Educational Consulting is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will work closely with the Director of Recruiting & Retention and support a wide range of initiatives related to talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, data management, and day-to-day operational support.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, highly organized, and comfortable balancing both people-focused recruiting responsibilities and behind-the-scenes operational and administrative work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and interviewing candidates using effective and strategic recruitment methods
- Work closely with the Director of Recruiting & Retention to support and execute recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies designed to attract high-quality applicants
- Leverage social media platforms, branding campaigns, and creative marketing initiatives to promote Blue Sea’s mission, open opportunities, and company culture
- Assist with candidate outreach, interview coordination, scheduling, and follow-up communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records within internal systems and assist with data entry, candidate tracking, and database management
- Support recruiting operations through reporting, analytics, and recruitment metrics tracking, helping leadership monitor pipeline activity, hiring progress, and open positions
- Serve as a backup resource for conducting initial phone screenings, helping evaluate candidate qualifications, assess fit, and support the early stages of the recruitment process as needed
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to help anticipate hiring needs and fill departmental vacancies efficiently and effectively
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal HR projects, and company culture-building efforts
- Assist Director of Recruiting & Retention and Talent Acquisition Specialist with day-to-day client communication, project coordination, and operational support
- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-up across multiple ongoing projects and priorities
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, data entry, and analytics
- Experience with recruiting, human resources, administrative support, project coordination, or operations preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general office software
- Experience with social media, marketing, or employer branding is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal teams
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, education, or human resources strongly preferred
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
