About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven HR Business Partner to join our leadership team. You will play a critical role in shaping people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and providing HR guidance to business leaders. You will act as a trusted advisor, champion for employees, and driver of organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads and senior leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Provide coaching, advice, and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Identify opportunities to build organizational capability — design and implement programs for engagement, retention, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Lead or support compensation reviews, hiring strategies, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal HR policies, and promote best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, employee satisfaction, etc.) to identify trends, inform decisions, and deliver actionable insights.
- Serve as a change agent during times of growth or transformation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience; prior experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen; ability to translate strategy into HR programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; able to partner across functions and levels.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and best practices across jurisdictions relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated success driving initiatives around employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture.
- Comfort working in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
