From managing press requests to assisting with brand activations and guest experiences, you’ll help us deliver moments that stand out both on and off the stage.
The OpportunityWe’re seeking a PR & Brand Assistant to join our team full-time, on-site in New York (no hybrid or remote options available). This is a hands-on role designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to grow in PR, brand management, and live event marketing.
Your ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations & Communications
Support media outreach, press materials, and PR campaigns to drive awareness of our events.
Draft and distribute communications that maintain a consistent, professional brand voice.
Assist in managing press inquiries, influencer engagement, and day-of-event media coordination.
Brand Support
Contribute to executing branding strategies and sponsor activations.
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, from signage to social content.
Capture and support the distribution of behind-the-scenes and event-day content for PR and marketing.
Client & Partner Engagement
Work face-to-face with sponsors, vendors, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
Support relationship management before, during, and after events.
Provide on-site hospitality and operational assistance to deliver a polished guest and client experience.
Event Operations
Assist with planning, event setup, and on-the-ground logistics.
Coordinate with internal teams, artists, and external partners for smooth execution.
Support ticketing, hospitality, and guest journey management during live events.
We’re searching for someone who is enthusiastic, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Experience: 1–3 years in PR, communications, branding, events, or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
Strengths: Confident in face-to-face client interactions and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for live music, storytelling, and delivering unforgettable brand experiences.
Availability: Willing and able to work evenings and weekends during events.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
