The OpportunityAs our Communication & Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client engagement and marketing activities. You’ll support day-to-day communications, help organize and deliver events, and ensure our marketing initiatives run smoothly. What You’ll DoClient & Partner Communications: Be a first point of contact, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
Event Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering in-person events, promotions, and brand activations.
Marketing Activities: Help prepare marketing materials, manage campaign logistics, and support initiatives that connect with audiences directly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to keep projects on track and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, reporting, and general coordination to keep the team organized and efficient.
Background: Some experience in communications, marketing, events, sales, or customer-facing roles (internships included).
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and approachable — comfortable speaking with clients and customers in person.
Organization: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Mindset: Positive, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves — no task is too big or too small.
Onsite Presence: Enjoys working face-to-face and thrives in a collaborative office and event environment.
