Residential Liaison
Location: Corydon, INSchedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Blue River Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Liaison to join our team in Corydon, Indiana.
Position Summary
The Residential Liaison provides essential services related to referrals and admissions and serves as the primary liaison to the Division of Aging and Rehabilitation Services. This role coordinates referrals, placements, and services to ensure each resident’s individual needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and participating in admission case conferences for each resident
- Collaborating with the Division of Aging and Rehabilitation Services
- Maintaining ongoing communication with residents’ families, guardians, advocates, and legal representatives
- Supporting person-centered planning and service coordination
Schedule
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), primarily Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.Occasional evening or weekend responsibilities may be required and can be completed remotely.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services-related field preferred
- Must qualify as a QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
