Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role located in Bowling Green, KY. The Community Liaison will facilitate meaningful connections between BRDHD and the communities it serves. Responsibilities include planning and conducting outreach activities, fostering relationships with local organizations, providing education on health resources and services, and promoting awareness of public health initiatives. Regular interaction with community members and stakeholders is a key component of this role.

- Experience with home care and understanding of related community needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse populations
- Ability to work on-site in Bowling Green, KY, and travel as needed within the service area

- Familiarity with public health principles and experience in a related field is a plus
