Work Services Supervisor – Full-Time, 1st Shift
We’re seeking a Work Services Supervisor to provide training, supervision, and support to adults with disabilities in a positive, encouraging environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to help others learn, grow, and succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide individuals in work-related activities
- Teach and encourage good work habits using positive reinforcement
- Implement and follow individualized service plans
- Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion in the workplace
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to teach, motivate, and lead others
- Initiative and reliability
- Accredited high school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Ability to obtain a For Hire endorsement on driver’s license (required)
- No prior experience necessary — we provide paid training!
