Pay & Mileage
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,500
- Top drivers earn $1,800 per week
- Up to $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
- Average 2,200 to 2,500 miles each week
- Automatic pay increases every six months
- Additional pay for extra stops, layovers, and breakdowns
- $300 paid orientation
CDL Graduate Program
If you've recently completed an accredited CDL program, we'll help you build your career.
- Paid 4 to 6 week training with a professional driver mentor
- Guaranteed earnings throughout training
- Start earning $0.56 CPM after successful completion
- Must have at least 120 verified training hours from an accredited CDL school
Position Overview
- Regional freight operating primarily east of Interstate 35 (I-35)
- Home every two weeks
- 100% no-touch freight
- Approximately 60% drop-and-hook freight
- Remaining freight consists of live loading and unloading
- Day and night dispatches available depending on freight schedules
- Assigned 2022-2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, or graduation from an accredited CDL school with 120 or more training hours
- Ability to pass urine and hair follicle drug screening
- No major traffic violations or preventable accidents within the last 3 years
- No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
- Employment history must meet company guidelines (no employment gaps exceeding 6 months during the past year or 12 months during the past 3 years)
