OTR dry van position running all 48 contiguous states. 100% no-touch freight, permanently assigned truck, and every mile you drive loaded or empty goes on your paycheck. No unpaid deadhead. No surprises.
Strict no-NYC policy. You run the country, not the city.
Compensation
- $0.70 CPM all miles paid, loaded and empty
- Average weekly miles: 3,2003,500
- Average weekly take-home: $2,250$2,450
- Layover pay: $150 per event
- Detention pay: $25/hr after first 2 hours
- Direct deposit every Friday no delays, no exceptions
Schedule & Home Time
- OTR tours: approximately 23 weeks out
- Home time: 34 days after each tour
- Routes: all 48 contiguous states
- No forced dispatch 24/7 professional dispatch support

- 20242027 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia
- Governed at 72 MPH
- APU, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave
- Permanently assigned truck take it home on time off
- EZ Pass, PrePass, and Pilot/Flying J fuel cards provided
- Pets welcome from day one
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years showing on license
- 1.5 years verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Standard DOT urine drug screen only completed at a lab in your local ZIP code. No hair follicle testing.
- No more than 8 jobs in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No reckless driving or speeding violations of 15 MPH over the limit
Disqualifiers Do not apply if any of the following apply to you
- Any DUI or DWI history lifetime disqualifier
- SAP program history lifetime disqualifier
- Current residence in CA, MS, LA, or AL outside our hiring area
