Role Description The Product Marketing Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Conover, NC, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Blue Furniture Co’s upholstered furniture lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, collaborating with product management on new product development, and creating marketing collateral that supports sales and showcases product features and benefits. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with sales teams, interior designer partners, and retail channels to drive product adoption, gather feedback, and refine strategies. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing product launches, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
