Production Line Employee — Preroll Manufacturing
This role supports high‑volume preroll production by running automated equipment and completing finishing steps such as packing and applying distillate and kief. The focus is on consistency, quality, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated preroll‑filling machines and monitor output for consistency and proper function.
- Painting prerolls with distillate and rolling them in kief, following established SOPs.
- Perform basic quality checks to confirm weight accuracy, structure, airflow, and overall appearance.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized, following sanitation and safety procedures.
- Meet daily production targets and communicate equipment issues or product defects promptly.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.
- Experience in manufacturing, cannabis production, or machine operation is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive, hands‑on tasks with consistency.
- Comfort working with automated equipment and following step‑by‑step procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must meet state cannabis industry requirements.
Work Environment
- Production floor setting with PPE requirements.
- Exposure to cannabis aromas and fine particulates.
- Team‑oriented environment with clear daily goals and structured workflows.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
