Job description
National Vinyl LLC, is a Window and Door fabricator in need of quality people to build a quality product. This position offers plenty of growth opportunities for motivated workers. As a part of our production team, you'll work in a collaborative environment that allows you to see your work transform into a finished product every day.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Completes work area setup
- Fits parts together in accordance with work instructions and in accordance with our quality standards
- Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
- Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
- Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
- Maintains production records as required
- Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- No minimum experience is required however, 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of basic math and measuring skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass drug test
- Ability to read and write English required
