Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations, including shift management and team coordination.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage sales processes using POS systems, including cashiering, pricing adjustments, and sales tracking.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a strong, motivated workforce.
- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and other administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting processes.
- Knowledge of retail math, sales management techniques, inventory control, and merchandising principles.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and store management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in training & development, budgeting, marketing strategies, and shift management is preferred.
