Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices.
• Support meal assembly and presentation to ensure dishes are served promptly and attractively.
• Follow all food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages or issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering is highly desirable.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
